Community Development Coordinator
OneFamily is looking for a passionate, community-minded Community Development Coordinator to help us expand our mission and impact across Volusia and Flagler Counties! If you have a heart for kids, love connecting with people, and thrive on making a difference, this is your moment!
Key Goals You’ll Help Achieve:

Recruit and develop an amazing team of volunteers

Help raise $30,000 for our life-changing Royal Family Kids Camp

Raise $75,000+ for our general fund (including in-kind donations like meals, venues, etc.)

Organize 2 fundraisers per year

Secure 1–3 grants annually

Build relationships with 15–20 local businesses

Connect with civic groups throughout Volusia & Flagler Counties
